how much does bait typically cost?
Freshwater Shiner prices are roughly $20-$25 a dozen, depending on the availability and demand of wild shiners. They catch TONS of fish!
The saltwater trips include livebait unless it is a specialty

What is the Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 72 hours before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later or fail to show up, you’ll forfeit 100% of what you’ve paid. If canceled due to weather, its always refunded.

How many people are allowed per trip?
Freshwater: Up to 4 people plus Captain.
Inshore: Up to 4 people plus Captain.
Offshore: Up to 4 people plus Captain.
Capt Colton can supply multiple boats if your reservation is larger than 4 people.

• Inshore in Vero Beach & Sebastian (Saltwater)
• Offshore in Vero Beach & Sebastian (Saltwater)
What Type of Bait is used?
Freshwater: We offer artificial lure fishing trips, and we also use wild shiners. Most trophy bass are caught with them when fishing in Florida, but not all.
Saltwater Inshore: We can do anything from fly fishing to casting lures to fishing bait; it’s your choice.
Saltwater offshore: We fish lure or bait off the bottom or troll based on the time of year and fish species.

Do I need to obtain a Fishing License?
Saltwater Trips: License is Included in the trip
Freshwater Trips: Fishing license is $17+ tax and good for three days from your chosen date.
If you are age 65 and older and a Florida resident, or 15 and below, you are exempt.
If you are 16 or older and a non-Florida resident, you are required to purchase a license.

Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email with your fishing license from “Go Outdoors Florida,” As long as you have that digital copy, you will be good to go fishing!
